Handcrafted Jewelry – Summer Accoutrements

Standard

I decided I really needed a little something to go with my new dress.

With that in mind, I took a quick spin through my bead drawer and found a few odds and ends to work with.

So, what do you think of my necklace and matching set of earrings?  Too bad I don’t have pierced ears.  Oh well…

  1. I love it!
I have lots of beads sitting around but I don’t really have good results when I try to turn them into necklaces. I don’t suppose you’d consider putting up a tutorial?

    • Thank you for your nice comment. The trick to making a pleasing necklace is to string them and see how they look. I try lots of combinations before landing on the “right” one. I see what I can do about preparing a tutorial. I’m working on another dress at the moment that just might need a new necklace, too. 🙂 Have a great day!
